Part 1: How SEC-E9 cut Chevrolet/ Buick DW04 key blade?
Click the search button on main menu.

Enter “DWO4” then click search icon.

Choose “SILCA”→ “DWO4 (74) (8, 10)”
Choose correct space. In this case it is 8.

Click “Menu” then “Info” at bottom bar to get key blank information.
Click “Decode”, follow the screen guide, use stopper to put the original key correctly on clamp.

Click “Decode” to start decoding.

After that put the new Chevy DWO4R key blank on clamp, click “Cut” then set cutting speed.
Key cutting complete, test new key blank working!

Part 2: How to cut Schlage key by SEC-E9 CNC Automatic Key Cutting Machine?
Click “Standard” button on main menu.

Choose “Schlage” and “All Schlage”.

Select correct key model number and space.


Click “Decode” and pay attention to screen guide to fix the clamp correctly.

Put the original Schlage key to decode.
Then replace the new blank key blade to cut.
New Schlage key cutting finish!

SEC-E9 to cut Toyota TOY43 keys in 2 ways?

Post on how to cut Toyota TOY43 keys with SEC-E9 automatic key cutting machine in 3 steps: Enter the key data, get the key number and cut the key.

Guide:

1. Enter the key data of Toyota TOY43 in two ways.

Way 1: Select car manufacture, brand and year.
Tap “Automobile” button and “Toyota – Camry – 2006 -[10] to enter the key data.


Way 2: Input the key blank number
Tap “Search” button, input “TOY43” and select “Silca” – “TOY43(903) [10] ” to enter key data.



Tap “Info” button to see the key is aligned by tip. Usually no need to use stopper when fix the key position.



Step 2. Get the key numbers of Toyota TOY43 keys using SEC-E9 in 3 ways.
Way 1:Decoding the original key.
Tap “Decode ” button to enter the decoding page.
Select the dark blue icon as sense key location and “Round off”.


Check if the original key can open the cylinder.

Fix the original key on the top level of the clamp. please pay attention to the key position.




Tap the “Decode” button to start decoding the original key and get the key numbers.






Way 2: search key code.
This is key code for Toyota Camry key.


Tap “Code” button and input “55062” to get the key number.



Way 3: Input key numbers directly.
Tap “Input” button and input the key numbers you get from other ways, such as cylinder, Lishi tool, or instacode, etc.

Step 3. Cut a new Toyota Camry key.
Tap the “Cut” button to enter the cutting page.


Select “NKI-silver” as speed and the most right blue icon as sense key location.


Take out the original key and fix a new key blank on the top level of the clamp. Please pay attention to the key position.

Tap “cut” button to start cutting a new key. Please remember to close the safe gate.


SEC-E9 Cutting is done. Open the safe gate. Clean the clamp & the new keys.
Take out the new key.

The new key is working well.
